I'm active nearly everyday for at least 4 Hours a day. During that time I'd be able to take Sits, and take them Responsibly. I've also noticed there are lots of staff members that don't take Sits, I feel by allowing me into the Staff Team will Stop Sits from building up.  What qualities as a staff member should you have?(100 words):[/b] I believe a Quality each staff should have is, Being able Make Suitable Decisions for the Right Situation. I also believe another Quality Staff members should have is not being scared to ask your Superiors for help. I feel like Staff Should be able to respect everyone no matter the situation, They must follow the Rules and Must not choose 1 persons side without Digging Deeper just because they are friends. You shouldn't lie To Players, You Should help them! I believe if Staff Respect the Players in a suitable Manner, then The Players will Respect them. [b]___________________________[/b] [b]Define RDM with an example:[/b] RDM Stands for Random Death Match: Player A Accused Player B for RDM, the logs show that Player B Killed Player 1 [b]Define NLR with an example: New Life Rule - Dying then going back that Place, Within the 4 Minutes.[/b] [b]Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would ask Player 1 if He/She/ want them warned, if so I'd give them a warning. If player 2 wants compensation because they lost something, Player 2 would have to give them something for Compensation, and I would remove the warn. [/b] [i]Player 1 accuses player 2 for RDMing him, the console log shows that player 2 killed player 1.[/i] [b]Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would ask for proof, if they didn't I would only give them a Verbal.
